Asset Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Remote within the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth Area, United States; occasional market visits required, approximately 10% of the time.

What you will do

• Optimize investor portfolios and advise property managers on leasing, renewals, rent recommendations, revenue management, turns, capital expenditures, budgets, and dispositions.
• Perform rent underwriting, hold-sell analysis, variance analysis, and operating performance reviews for new and existing properties.
• Partner with data teams to develop KPI reporting, operational visibility, financial reports, and lender deliverables.
• Lead regional market meetings and set performance goals focused on occupancy, renewals, turns, and service trends.
• Provide data-driven insights to acquisition teams on market trends, real estate opportunities, buy-box strategies, and recently acquired assets.
• Track market and investor performance and communicate quarterly results to institutional partners.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of asset management experience with multifamily or single-family rental properties.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, mathematical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel financial modeling with large datasets and experience creating KPI reports.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to work with institutional investors.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; H-1B visa sponsorship is not available.
