What you will do

• Co-lead investment strategy and manage a portfolio exceeding $400M in assets under management across real estate equity and credit products.
• Develop investment theses, portfolio construction frameworks, risk frameworks, underwriting standards, and return targets.
• Lead sourcing, underwriting, investment committee processes, performance monitoring, asset optimization, refinancing, and dispositions.
• Create new investment products in partnership with Product, Finance, Legal, and Engineering.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale teams across acquisitions, underwriting, research, and asset management.
• Represent the investment platform externally through market insights and educational content for investors.

Requirements

• 15+ years of real estate investment experience with exposure to both equity and credit strategies.
• Proven experience in acquisitions, asset management, underwriting, financial modeling, and portfolio construction at scale.
• Experience structuring debt and equity investment products and understanding real estate capital markets, lending, and financing structures.
• Experience at an institutional real estate firm, private equity fund, REIT, real estate asset manager, or residential real estate credit fund.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing investment teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, a bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and enthusiasm for building new products.
