Technical Solution Architect (AI Security)

What you will do

• Lead the technical execution of customer Proofs of Concept from initial design through delivery.
• Partner with Sales Engineers, Product, and Engineering throughout the sales cycle and customer journey.
• Build deployment tools, reusable assets, implementation playbooks, and internal tools to accelerate POCs.
• Run customer workshops, architecture discussions, live debugging sessions, and technical troubleshooting.
• Analyze customer data and design practical solutions for use cases beyond the platform's standard capabilities.
• Communicate customer feedback to Product and R&D to influence future platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Forward Deployed Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong software engineering skills and experience with APIs, integrations, automation, and data processing.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Linux, networking, containers, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience analyzing datasets and troubleshooting complex technical environments.
• Ability to understand customer architectures quickly and design practical technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise POCs or large-scale deployments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience influencing roadmap decisions with Product and Engineering teams.
