Campaign Manager (Influencer Marketing)

Location: Madrid, Spain; full-time onsite

hirify.global operates a commerce partnership marketing platform covering affiliate, influencer, and customer referral partnerships for global brands.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, optimize, and report on full-funnel influencer campaigns from briefing and creator onboarding through final reporting.
• Monitor campaign traffic and performance metrics, using internal tools and dashboards to meet client goals.
• Identify, negotiate with, and recruit creators while managing product seeding and long-term brand ambassador programs.
• Align campaigns with client objectives and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams.
• Manage campaign budgets, logistics, creator events, and workshops.
• Track social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging influencer marketing practices.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing; candidates early in their careers are welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree or graduate studies preferred.
• Ability to create multi-channel campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Communication, organization, relationship-building, research, problem-solving, and basic Google Sheets/Slides or Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of influencers across multiple verticals and current influencer rates.
