What you will do
- Improve the agent runtime, including voice latency, perception, personalization, and action planning for live browser use.
- Build the Skills system by turning screen recordings and human-led demonstrations into reliable knowledge for operating customer interfaces.
- Advance realtime perception so Aidan can understand a user's screen and determine when and how to intervene.
- Strengthen the improvement engine by analyzing interactions, identifying suboptimal actions, and enabling automatic learning and improvement.
Requirements
- Deep experience in at least one area: realtime voice, streaming or media systems; LLM agents and orchestration; browser or computer use; or applied machine learning such as multimodal evaluation.
- Ability to work in a small team, own problems end to end, and communicate fluidly.
- Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Previous experience at a leading AI company or institution.
