Analyst – Data & Process Management (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Hyderabad, India. Travel may be required as per business need.

What you will do

• Manage pharmaceutical commercial datasets and ensure timely, accurate, complete, and consistent data delivery.
• Monitor data quality reports, investigate issues, identify system gaps, and provide first-level support for sales, claims, MDM, and omnichannel data inquiries.
• Develop SOPs, business rules, metadata, data catalogs, profiling processes, and data quality frameworks.
• Build tools and automate or improve data management, reporting, and analytical processes.
• Support quarterly commercial operations cycles, including forecasting, targeting, call planning, field reporting, incentive compensation, and market mix activities.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, Digital teams, internal customers, and external vendors on project delivery and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with pharmaceutical commercial datasets and data management, including IQVIA syndicated, specialty pharmacy, claims, customer engagement, and execution data.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; an advanced degree in management, statistics, decision sciences, engineering, life sciences, or business analytics is beneficial.
• Strong technical background in SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, Informatica, and AWS.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and marketing data sources such as IQVIA and Veeva, and of pharmaceutical commercial operations.
• Understanding of data processing, incident management, data governance, data stewardship, and data quality principles.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work across international teams and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for data governance, or analytical tools such as VBA and Alteryx.
• Experience with field reporting, field deployment, incentive compensation, vaccines, or claims data.
• Advanced statistical and analytical techniques for innovation and automation.
