Data Scientist II

What you will do

• Research, compile, analyze, and report operational data from multiple sources, including production, productivity, and quality statistics.
• Meet with report users to define requirements, locate data, and design retrieval processes.
• Create queries and reports with reporting tools to improve departmental efficiency.
• Extract data from formats including DBIV, CSV, TXT, XLS, XML, FW, SAS, and RTF.
• Convert and store source data in backend databases such as SQL and Access.
• Review process discrepancies, raise issues, and coordinate resolutions with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience with Advanced Excel and VBA.
• Professional-level proficiency in Advanced Excel and VBA.
• Ability to identify process needs, improve process controls, and maintain process-level documentation such as SOPs.
• Ability to meet SLA targets for turnaround time, productivity, and quality.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills with internal and external customers by phone or email.
