hirify.global develops non-invasive ultrasound-based technology for high-resolution brain imaging and stimulation, integrating hardware, software, and neuroscience research.

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of imaging algorithms using in-house ultrasound transducers and high-performance computing.
• Develop high-resolution acoustic simulation systems to model ultrasound propagation, scattering, and delivered dose.
• Architect computer vision and real-time inference systems that track brain motion and adapt treatment targeting parameters.
• Translate research concepts into production systems with mechanical, electrical, ultrasound, transducer design, and neuroscience specialists.
• Define technical strategy and best practices across machine learning, modeling, simulation, and signal-processing infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers through technical leadership, code review, and systems-level thinking.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of industry engineering experience.
• Strong first-principles understanding of engineering, physics, and signal processing.
• Experience writing production-level code, preferably in Python.
• Degree in computer science or a similar engineering discipline.
• Experience shipping products that deliver real-world value, ideally involving messy real-world sensor data.
• Strong integrity and professional judgment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with ultrasound or neuroscience is useful but not required.
