Senior Platform Engineer (SRE) (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve the internal engineering platform, including CI/CD pipelines, AWS infrastructure, deployment workflows, and self-service tooling.
• Improve developer tooling, local development environments, and engineering workflows while enabling AI-assisted engineering.
• Build platform observability with dashboards, alerting, tracing, monitoring, SLIs, SLOs, and operational health metrics.
• Improve data reliability by monitoring data quality and processing pipelines and preventing data integrity issues.
• Eliminate bottlenecks, automate manual work, and establish scalable operational practices for a growing engineering organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Experience building production-quality systems and operating production workloads on AWS.
• Experience designing and maintaining modern CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure with Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Expertise in developer tooling, automation, or internal engineering platforms.
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry, plus operational metrics, SLIs, SLOs, dashboards, and alerting.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, software delivery practices, collaboration, and cross-team engineering influence.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-growth SaaS platforms, Kubernetes, ECS, Docker, release automation, PostgreSQL, event-driven architectures, or logistics and supply chain software.
