Strategic Partnerships Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in London or New York; office attendance is the default

hirify.global is building a legal operations platform for in-house legal teams, combining AI agents with human legal judgment in a single system.

What you will do

• Act as the primary interface between hirify.global’s product and engineering teams and partner teams at Anthropic and Microsoft.
• Drive native integrations across partner ecosystems, including MCP connectors, Claude for Legal, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Track partner roadmaps and secure early model previews, platform betas, credits, and co-build opportunities.
• Manage technical inbound opportunities and route them strategically to internal teams.
• Execute joint case studies, technical content, product launches, and partner ecosystem campaigns.
• Run partner relationship cadences, stakeholder maps, executive touchpoints, and joint event programs.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, product marketing, or product management.
• Experience managing complex, high-stakes relationships with cloud, platform, or enterprise technology companies.
• Ability to discuss products with applied AI teams, read model cards, and understand native integrations without needing to write code.
• Strong GTM experience, including end-to-end joint campaigns and product launches.
• Exceptional operational, organizational, stakeholder-management, and executive-escalation skills.
• Deep practical curiosity about AI and large language models.

• Existing relationships within Anthropic, Microsoft, or the broader LLM and cloud ecosystem.
• Early partnerships or product experience at a fast-growing startup.
• Experience in legal tech, complex enterprise software, or regulated industries.
