What you will do

• Develop industry-scale proteomics assays using in-house mass spectrometers for PPI mapping, proximity labeling, post-translational modification, and abundance proteomics.
• Build multimodal genetic screens with CRISPR and support target discovery and drug mechanism-of-action research.
• Develop high-throughput small-molecule screening campaigns, target assays, enzymology, biophysics, and protein-binding analyses.
• Build structural biology capabilities, including crystallography and Cryo-EM, and develop chemical biology tools for ligandable-pocket mapping.
• Apply molecular and cellular techniques in solid-tumor models, prioritizing targets and nominating drug-development candidates.
• Develop algorithms, deep-learning approaches, cloud infrastructure, pipelines, and analytics interfaces for multimodal network and proteomics datasets.

Requirements

• On-site work in San Francisco, California is required.
• Relevant expertise in one or more areas: proteomics, genetics, chemical biology, protein sciences, structural biology, cancer biology, computational biology, or data science.
• Experience with mass spectrometry, CRISPR screens, high-throughput screening, enzymology, biophysics, protein binding, crystallography, Cryo-EM, or molecular and cellular cancer biology, depending on specialization.
• For computational roles, experience with algorithms, deep learning, bioinformatics, statistics, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, or multimodal datasets.
