AI Growth Architect

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Annual base salary: $150,000–$210,000 USD, with potential discretionary bonus and options.

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, referral and viral loops, activation triggers, and monetization experiments.
• Own and optimize acquisition budgets and channels while defining attribution, tracking, analytics events, and experimentation requirements.
• Prototype and test growth hypotheses across new AI products.
• Build business cases covering market sizing, expansion opportunities, and go-to-market strategy.
• Present experiments, cohort analyses, and monetization results to executives, clients, and other stakeholders, securing alignment and buy-in.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university.
• Strong hands-on coding ability with Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Experience with growth and analytics tools such as Looker, GA/Firebase, attribution platforms, and experimentation platforms.
• 3+ years of experience in growth engineering, performance marketing, technical product or growth, GTM, or monetization roles.
• Experience owning a budget or P&L, explaining complex growth concepts to senior stakeholders, and turning data into recommendations.
• Ability to own initiatives end-to-end with a builder's mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
