Marketing Science Lead (AdTech)

Salary: $180,000–$275,000 base compensation per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Define measurement frameworks for creator marketing and integrate hirify.global with advanced Marketing Mix Models.
• Design bespoke measurement strategies for major advertisers, covering incrementality, brand lift, and sales attribution.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build a scalable, in-platform measurement suite.
• Conduct meta-analyses and causal inference studies across Retail, CPG, and App-Gen verticals.
• Develop operational standards, playbooks, benchmarks, and a global measurement roadmap.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement science, or ad-tech consulting.
• Deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling, Incremental Lift testing including RCTs and geo-testing, and Multi-Touch Attribution.
• Experience applying causal inference to complex marketing questions.
• Ability to work with SQL or Python and translate quantitative analysis into business recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for working with data scientists, Product and Engineering, marketers, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Math, or another quantitative field is likely.
