Data-Driven Growth Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Own GEO search authority across Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and emerging LLM-powered search surfaces.
• Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid digital marketing across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and AI-native advertising surfaces.
• Improve landing-page conversion, lead generation, attribution, and qualified-lead growth through structured experimentation and cohort analysis.
• Build AI-powered workflow automation with Claude, GPT, Gemini, n8n, Make, Claude Code, and MCP servers.
• Connect GA4, advertising pixels and conversion APIs, CRM systems, and data warehouses into closed-loop attribution dashboards.
• Operate and calibrate AI lead scoring, dealer dispatch, and AI SDR handoff workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, SEO/GEO, data-driven marketing, or related roles, with ownership of measurable growth or conversion results.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with paid campaigns on TikTok, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms, including bidding, targeting, creative testing, and budget management.
• Experience with llms.txt, Schema.org structured data, JSON-LD knowledge graphs, technical SEO, and LLM answer platforms.
• Production experience building AI agents or automation workflows, plus working knowledge of n8n, Make or Zapier, GA4, GTM, HubSpot or Salesforce, a data warehouse, and a BI tool.
• SQL is required; working-level Python or JavaScript, API integration skills, experimentation discipline, and strong written and verbal proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-consideration hardware products in automotive, robotics, or consumer electronics.
• Familiarity with OpenClaw, ManyChat, Frameloop, Claude Code, MCP, ElevenLabs, Wan2.7-Image, Seedance, or Kling.
• Experience operating a highly AI-augmented growth function with three or fewer operators.
• Experience designing attribution models, content commerce ecosystems, or public work in growth and AI workflow design.
