Site Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Batam, Indonesia; site-based

What you will do

• Develop daily work plans and weekly look-ahead schedules aligned with the project master schedule.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, methods, machinery, site access, permits, logistics, and work-front readiness.
• Supervise site supervisors, subcontractors, and installation teams during data center fit-out and network infrastructure deployment.
• Monitor progress, productivity, resource utilization, milestones, and schedule recovery actions.
• Coordinate technical clarifications, inspections, testing, turnover, and commissioning activities.
• Promote compliance with approved designs, quality standards, site procedures, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in construction, data centers, telecommunications, network infrastructure, MEP, or critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple concurrent work fronts.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar project management tools.
• Willingness and ability to work on site in Batam, Indonesia.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center fit-out, structured cabling, or fibre optic deployments.
• Experience with network infrastructure installations and critical facility construction or commissioning.
• Experience in fast-track construction environments or the oil and gas project/construction industry.
