Lean Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Cikarang, Bekasi, Indonesia

A global toy manufacturer producing fashion dolls and Hot Wheels at two plants in the Jababeka Industrial Estate.

What you will do

• Facilitate continuous improvement events across organizational levels and business areas, including Kaizen, value stream mapping, projects, and workshops.
• Lead strategic initiatives supporting site performance.
• Develop continuous improvement programs and systems to sustain a lean culture.
• Deliver lean knowledge-transfer sessions and training to strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Support non-staff development through daily project monitoring and grade progression programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, continuous improvement planning, training, and Kaizen leadership skills.
• Experience applying change management principles and managing change processes.
• Understanding of EHS and GMP standards, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and related quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, and willingness to be placed in Cikarang–Bekasi.
