Copywriter (Performance Marketing)

hirify.global is building an AI-first travel platform that reduces paperwork and uncertainty in visa processing, having processed visas for more than 1 million travellers across 127 countries.

What you will do

• Write performance-driven copy for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Create concepts and scripts for UGC, short-form and other video ad formats, from the initial hook through the final call to action.
• Develop and test hooks, headlines and messaging angles to improve attention, click-through and conversion.
• Translate briefs, customer insights and performance data into sharp, relevant and executable creative ideas.
• Iterate quickly by tracking platform trends, learning from performance and continuously improving creative.

Requirements

• 3+ years of copywriting experience in an agency, startup or digital-first environment.
• Experience with performance marketing campaigns, especially video ads and digital creative.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong advertisements, scripts or campaigns, ideally with measurable performance results.
• Understanding of direct response principles, hooks, storytelling and conversion-focused messaging across formats.
• Strong creative instincts and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
