Copywriter (Contract)

What you will do

• Create digital and social content ranging from quick pieces to larger creative builds for multiple clients and agency-wide projects.
• Develop concepts, write campaign content, and support community and brand-specific campaigns.
• Guide brainstorms and help creative teams present strong ideas.
• Apply industry best practices across digital platforms and articulate the agency’s point of view.
• Collaborate with creative leads, designers, developers, and other teams.
• Share knowledge and help position the team for effective delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in creative media or advertising.
• Experience with copywriting and content creation for digital and social strategies and campaigns.
• Strong conceptual, brainstorming, storytelling, grammar, and English-language skills.
• Good time management, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with designers, developers, and team-focused creative processes.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital work; the role does not include print work.

Nice to have

• Strong interest in major social media platforms and their capabilities and limitations.
• Personal interests in sports, music, or food that can inform creative work.
