What you will do

• Create engaging travel-first video content about travel news, destinations, cultural moments, tips, reviews, and relevant global events.
• Own content ideas from concept to shoot by researching, scripting, storyboarding, and recording videos with clear narratives and strong hooks.
• Respond quickly to timely stories, trends, and cultural conversations relevant to travel.
• Collaborate with video editors on pacing, storytelling, polish, and platform-ready execution.
• Track reach, retention, engagement, and other performance signals to improve formats, topics, and storytelling.

Requirements

• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills, with the ability to turn ideas or news into engaging video content.
• Comfort and confidence on camera, with the ability to communicate energy, personality, and credibility.
• Strong understanding of social media, internet culture, emerging formats, and attention-grabbing content.
• Genuine interest in travel, destinations, culture, and global events.
• Ability to work independently from idea to execution, move quickly, and collaborate effectively with editors and creative teams.
