Lead Client Servicing Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage client inquiries and requests across investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Provide timely and accurate information on financial statements and analytics reporting.
• Complete operational tasks including account setup, client lockdowns, compliance activities, and reconciliation validation.
• Build client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions and improve the user experience.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data and use internal tools to reconcile investment transactions.
• Handle complex queries, manage work according to productivity and quality metrics, contribute to long-term projects, and coach junior staff.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and related accounting concepts.
• Familiarity with accounting, compliance, risk, and performance reports.
• Intermediate knowledge of fixed income and equity investments; basic knowledge of alternative securities is preferred.
• Prior experience in finance or accounting and a bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency, attention to detail, documentation, organization, and interpersonal communication.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience and strong problem-solving abilities.
