What you will do

• Develop rigorous data-analysis pipelines for ultrasound, imaging, sequencing, and synthetic-biology research platforms.
• Transform raw experimental data into actionable artifacts for computational and experimental researchers.
• Collaborate with wet-lab scientists to define optimization objectives, metrics, domain-specific priors, and constraints.
• Develop and run ML pipelines supporting de-novo molecular design and closed-loop active learning.
• Contribute to the long-term research roadmap and provide technical leadership to scientists.

Requirements

• Strong grounding in synthetic biology, molecular engineering, and computational data analysis.
• Experience in biomolecular ultrasound.
• Familiarity with NGS, omics, machine learning, and molecular engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, BoTorch, and Pyro.
• Ability to write clean, reproducible, production-grade code and work with sparse, noisy, or high-cost data.
• Experience bridging machine learning and experimental science.
