Video Lead

What you will do

• Produce social-first video series designed natively for each platform and delivered at speed.
• Shoot customer, colleague, and brand films independently, including setup, lighting, framing, and clean audio recording.
• Edit, grade, mix, and title video, with approximately 70% of the role focused on editing.
• Use AI creative tools and suites to accelerate production and experiment with elevated visual approaches.
• Build and maintain a searchable footage and project library for team reuse.
• Contribute creative ideas and shape how the brand story lands on screen.

Requirements

• Professional-level ability to shoot and edit video independently.
• Showreel demonstrating strong social-first content and well-crafted human storytelling.
• Ability to produce work quickly without a visible drop in quality.
• Hands-on experience using AI creative tools in shipped work.
• UK-based and able to travel for shoots.
• Experience with Premiere Pro.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics, sound design, or colour skills beyond the basics.
• Interest in energy, climate, or technology, or experience making complex subjects engaging.
