Social and Market Engagement Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York, hybrid with in-office Tuesdays

What you will do

• Own the organic social presence across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels, including content, voice, and posting cadence.
• Ghostwrite for the founder and executives, shape their positioning, and advise them on effective engagement opportunities.
• Monitor and participate in discussions about Solidus, its market, and competitors across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and crypto-native communities.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to connect social and community activity to brand and pipeline impact.
• Surface signals from social and community engagement back into the marketing and sales funnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience growing corporate and executive brands on social media in finance, crypto, or AI.
• Demonstrated success creating social copy that achieved significant reach and engagement.
• Experience ghostwriting for multiple executives while capturing distinct voices.
• Experience editing video, audio, and written content, including event interviews and podcasts.
• Experience building an audience or community from scratch and engaging directly in Reddit, comment threads, and crypto-native channels.
• Ability to understand technical and regulatory-heavy subject matter quickly, work cross-functionally, track engagement data, and maintain strong attention to detail.
