What you will do

• Define system-level architectures and specifications co-optimized with software.
• Develop performance and power models to support customer-specific system trade-offs.
• Analyze AI/ML workloads and map them to hardware requirements.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams on memory subsystems, cache hierarchies, and system interconnects.
• Explore in-memory computing, near-memory computing, and innovative packaging architectures.
• Guide design teams, produce technical documentation and IP designs, and communicate key concepts to technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 10+ years of experience in system architecture, SoC design, and memory system development.
• Deep knowledge of DRAM, DDR, LPDDR, GDDR, and NAND memory technologies.
• Understanding of AI accelerators, GPUs, and neural processing engines.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, RTL design, and system-level modeling.
• Working knowledge of PCIe, CXL, NoCs, Ethernet, and RDMA, plus strong communication and mentorship skills.
