TL;DR
Quality Engineer (Warehouse Edge): Designing and maintaining automated test plans, regression suites, and end-to-end tests for a multi-tenant warehouse management platform with an accent on WMS workflows, REST/OData APIs, and data integrity. Focus on building regression strategies across 30+ interdependent modules, validating tenant isolation, and improving test automation and risk-based coverage.

What you will do
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites across more than 30 licensed Warehouse Edge WMS modules.
- Design and execute end-to-end warehouse workflow tests covering receiving, putaway, allocation, wave planning, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Validate REST/OData APIs, multi-tenant data, tenant isolation, configuration variations, and warehouse operations using complex database queries.
- Develop automated tests and identify improvements to testing processes, frameworks, and architecture.
- Perform risk-based testing, root cause analysis, defect reporting, and precise test documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, support, PSG, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software quality engineering or test automation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Experience independently designing test strategies and regression plans for complex multi-module systems.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members, with strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
- English required; candidates must work remotely from Mexico.
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management domains.
- Experience testing multi-tenant enterprise applications with complex module interdependencies.
- Experience with WMS processes, mobile RF interfaces, API automation frameworks, WCF, load testing, barcode and label workflows, or warehouse automation interfaces.
- Experience with CI/CD test integration, database testing, generated code systems, NHibernate, SSRS, Swagger/OpenAPI, or AI-assisted test case generation.
