What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases based on trucking operations, logistics workflows, and safety requirements.
• Perform manual testing across web and mobile applications using practical trucking scenarios.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues through resolution.
• Conduct regression testing for new features, updates, and bug fixes.
• Collaborate with developers and technical stakeholders, including through code reviews and Git-based workflows.
• Translate operational trucking needs into actionable product and QA feedback while identifying process improvements.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience in the trucking industry, including knowledge of operations, logistics, workflows, and safety considerations.
• Basic knowledge of software QA methodologies, testing processes, and QA tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to investigating and solving problems.
• Clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate in a fully remote environment.
• Willingness to learn testing frameworks, software tools, and technical processes.
• Motivation to grow from quality assurance toward product and technology responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Basic familiarity with Git-based code review and software development workflows.
