Software Engineer in Test (AI)

What you will do

• Build testing infrastructure, automated testing frameworks, and release pipelines for enterprise-scale products.
• Design and implement unit, integration, end-to-end, load, and performance testing strategies.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and release automation for service-oriented and distributed systems.
• Test gRPC and REST APIs and improve confidence in system speed, reliability, and performance.
• Evaluate testing tools, deployment strategies, and release management practices.
• Diagnose failures, implement safeguards, and collaborate with the Agile team on testing and release strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on test automation, deployment pipelines, and/or release management.
• Experience implementing automated testing in event-driven architectures using Kafka, Pub/Sub, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and testing across distributed systems.
• Experience with gRPC and/or RESTful APIs, troubleshooting, and production issue diagnosis.
• Ability to contribute to planning, architecture, testing strategy, and release decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Postgres, OpenSearch, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, or Agile practices.
• Experience with blue-green deployments, canary releases, rollback strategies, and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, ML feature testing, or workflow tools such as Temporal and Camunda.
