Founders Associate (AI Robotics)

hirify.global builds AI-driven robotics technology that enables robots to sense, reason, and act in industrial environments such as warehouses and factories.

What you will do

• Prepare keynotes, guest articles, and interviews for the CTO in collaboration with Marketing.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology founders, industry experts, and stakeholders.
• Manage the CTO’s calendar and inbox, prioritize requests, and optimize executive time.
• Prepare meeting briefings and agendas, and follow up on action items.
• Own strategic projects, including emerging technology research and Board-level materials.
• Evaluate and facilitate strategic technical partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Initial practical experience through internships or working student roles in a startup, management consulting, PR, or social media environment.
• Strong interest in technology and the ability to translate complex AI and robotics concepts into compelling narratives.
• Builder’s mindset, high ownership, pragmatic execution, and the ability to create processes from scratch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Highly structured, precise, and calm under pressure.

Hiring process
