Senior Fullstack Developer (AI)

Location: Remote - Canada; Canadian-based candidates only. Preference is given to applicants legally authorized to work in Canada. Optional access to the downtown Toronto office is available for in-person collaboration.

Salary: CAD 150,000–160,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build user-facing features across database models, APIs, and UI components.
• Scale the AI-powered practice management platform and improve application performance through better patterns and protocols.
• Use agentic AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent while maintaining code quality, security, and architectural integrity.
• Add analytics, monitoring, and alerts to improve operational incident response.
• Investigate customer problems, reproduce bugs, resolve technical support requests, and address feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant full-stack development experience in a B2B SaaS and customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated daily use of AI-assisted coding tools, including Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent.
• Ability to prompt, guide, review, and critically evaluate AI-generated code against production standards.
• Experience independently taking substantial features from concept through shipping.
• Experience with .NET, AngularJS/jQuery, Angular, TypeScript, MongoDB, AWS services including S3, SQS, and Lambda.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing skills.

• Interest in scalable and secure systems in the health and wellness industry.
• Experience writing tests and documenting clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
