Cash Application Senior Specialist – D2C

Location: Prague – Jinonice, Czech Republic; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. Relocation assistance is not offered.

What you will do

• Reconcile Direct-to-Consumer, hirify.global Brand Retail, and payment provider transactions accurately and on time.
• Investigate unmatched payments, exceptions, and failed transactions to support resolution and cash collection.
• Monitor bank account activity and apply incoming payments correctly within financial systems.
• Partner with Consumer Service teams and finance colleagues to resolve transaction-related queries.
• Adapt and improve processes as business models evolve, including activities connected with hirify.global Discovery Centers.

Requirements

• Experience in cash application, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, or cash flow activities.
• Understanding of GL, AR, and reconciliation principles in a finance or shared service environment.
• Ability to work independently with changing processes and incomplete information.
• Confidence using data to solve problems and make sound decisions about transactional issues.
• Ability to work from the Prague workplace under the hybrid policy; relocation assistance is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Direct-to-Consumer, retail, or e-commerce finance operations.
