Quality & Care Coordinator (Medtech)

What you will do

• Follow members from their scan through follow-up and resolution, ensuring no care is missed.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and results across cardiology, blood, skin, and vascular care pathways.
• Collect member outcome data consistently and accurately.
• Identify pathway friction and gaps, and drive practical improvements to care delivery.
• Use available AI tools to make assessment pathways faster and more reliable while applying clinical judgement.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a medical secretary or in an equivalent clinical coordination role.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical processes, and care pathways.
• Native or fluent English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
• Based in Sweden.
• Experience writing referral letters and other clinical correspondence.
• Familiarity with Semble, Zendesk, or similar clinical and support platforms; strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, accountable in escalated situations, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• BSc or MSc in a medical or scientific discipline.
• Experience in data analysis.
