What you will do

• Lead implementation of Tandem’s AI solutions in dental clinics, acting as a trusted advisor during transition.
• Develop deep understanding of dental clinical workflows and customize solutions accordingly.
• Provide expert user support, resolve issues, and gather feedback for product improvements.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape dental AI offerings.
• Represent Tandem at dental conferences and industry events.

Requirements

• Experience as a practicing dentist in clinical settings
• Professional fluency in Finnish and excellent English communication skills
• Exposure to consulting, startups, or entrepreneurial environments is advantageous
• Passion for technology and AI with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work onsite in Helsinki with local travel and trips to Stockholm
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and entrepreneurial mindset
