Medical Operations Lead (Dentistry/AI)

Location: Must be based in Helsinki, Finland (On-site role with local travel and trips to Stockholm).

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of AI solutions within dental practices and clinics.
• Act as a trusted advisor to dentists and dental hygienists during their transition to AI-powered workflows.
• Deliver expert user support and identify opportunities for product improvements based on customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape the dental product offering.
• Represent the company at dental conferences, industry events, and workshops.

Requirements

• Experience working as a dentist in a clinical setting.
• Professional fluency in Finnish and excellent communication skills in English.
• Genuine passion for technology and AI.
• Adaptability, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Helsinki and travel to Stockholm for team meetings.
