Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany (On-site role with required travel to Stockholm)

hirify.global is a fast-scaling health-tech company building an AI-powered clinician co-pilot to improve patient care.

What you will do

  • Guide clinicians through onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.
  • Build templates and prompts to refine the AI assistant's performance.
  • Run live product demos for prospective clients and support commercial efforts.
  • Manage clinical safety incidents and optimize internal operations.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure smooth rollouts.
  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events.

Requirements

  • Clinical experience in a healthcare setting (e.g., general practice or hospital).
  • Native German and fluent English proficiency.
  • Experience in consulting, corporate, or startup environments.
  • Familiarity with prompting and large language models (LLMs).
  • Must be based in Munich and willing to travel locally and to Stockholm.
  • Strong organizational skills and a process-driven mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a healthtech or SaaS company.
  • Exposure to regulatory standards in DACH or EU (e.g., clinical safety, digital health compliance).
  • Experience running implementation projects or customer-facing rollouts.
