HRIS Consultant (Workday, BluePrism)

What you will do

• Configure HRIS systems, build reports and dashboards, manage access, and maintain integrations with other systems.
• Consult with business stakeholders to design, implement, and test solutions for HR-related requirements.
• Provide operational support, manage incidents, troubleshoot technical issues with HRIS vendors, and maintain the knowledge database.
• Manage system enhancements, upgrades, releases, and mass data uploads.
• Identify and implement system and process improvements for HR operations.

Requirements

• Relevant IT qualification or degree.
• At least 1–2 years of experience with Workday.
• Development and maintenance experience with RPA tools, especially BluePrism and Power Automate.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, presentation, organizational, and continuous-improvement skills.
• Good English and Japanese communication skills.
• Experience working in multinational, multicultural, and remote-team environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAFe and Agile methodologies.
• Coding skills.
• Previous experience in HR, an HRIS service center, or another customer-oriented environment.
• Project management experience.
