HR Operations - Global Process Owner (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Determine which end-to-end HR processes require definition, redesign, or standardization across the enterprise.
• Establish the process architecture and framework for documenting, managing, and optimizing HR processes.
• Design standardized workflows for previously undocumented employee lifecycle processes.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance employee experience.
• Partner with Centers of Expertise, HR Operations, and other stakeholders across Workforce Administration, Preboarding, Onboarding, Leave of Absence, Separations, Offboarding, and Workforce Management.
• Monitor global process performance and ensure processes remain documented, consistent, and scalable across countries and regions.

Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of experience in process design, process excellence, HR Operations, or business process reengineering.
• Experience designing and documenting end-to-end processes across the employee lifecycle, preferably in a global or shared services environment.
• Strong knowledge of process design methodologies applied in HR or shared services contexts.
• Experience identifying and implementing automation and AI opportunities in operational processes.
• Ability to influence Centers of Expertise, HR Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills in global matrixed organizations.
