What you will do

• Define commodity strategy for vision and low-speed manoeuvring feature sets across vehicle programs.
• Confirm technical and financial system requirements cascaded from vehicle-level attributes.
• Own component and system technical content, integrity, quality, and engineering release approvals.
• Develop commodity business plans, supplier strategies, technology partnerships, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage supplier selection, supplier development, issue escalation, and conflict resolution across programs.
• Plan department resources, lead recruitment, and manage the development and performance of engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of delivering technical products through a team.
• Experience managing budgets and targets.
• Experience managing a team of engineers.
• Experience developing commodity, system, and future technology strategies.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with relevant technical and professional accreditations.
