What you will do
- Execute recruitment and candidate selection processes.
- Publish open positions and maintain recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews.
- Ensure hiring processes comply with local regulations.
- Conduct workplace inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective measures.
- Manage PPE distribution and inventory, lead safety training, and execute EHS processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR processes within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and legislation.
- Knowledge of IMSS Law and Social Security requirements related to HR and EHS.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025.
- Specialization in 8D Tool Management and 5S.
