Associate QA Engineer

Location: Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines; hybrid setup

hirify.global develops technology for the travel industry, and this role supports Navitaire airline application software.

What you will do

• Refine requirements and define test coverage with the agile development team.
• Create automated test scripts for the assigned Navitaire application.
• Execute integration, regression, and exploratory testing, with limited manual testing when needed.
• Report, reproduce, track, and validate resolved bugs.
• Improve test processes and procedures to increase quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product engineering members in Manila and the US.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• Proficient English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Solid technical foundation with knowledge of C#/.NET or a similar programming language.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, motivated to learn, and able to work in a dynamic and diverse environment.
• Openness to working in a hybrid setup in Taguig, Metro Manila.
