TL;DR
Treasury Manager (APAC Treasury): Establishing and operating regional treasury capabilities in Singapore, including cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, banking operations, and the rollout of an In-House Bank with an accent on APAC treasury centralisation and cross-border cash management. Focus on migrating treasury activities, managing intercompany funding and FX flows, maintaining controls and compliance, and coordinating operations across APAC, EMEA, and the US.

What you will do
- Support the establishment and operation of the APAC Treasury Hub.
- Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, short-term cash forecasting, and regional banking operations across multiple markets and currencies.
- Administer bank accounts, including openings, closures, signatory updates, e-banking access, annual reviews, and KYC documentation.
- Support the rollout and operational management of the In-House Bank, including UAT, entity onboarding, intercompany funding flows, transaction processing, controls, and issue tracking.
- Coordinate Treasury ServiceNow requests, reporting, audit support, SOX activities, payment governance, and policy compliance.
- Partner with banks and internal stakeholders on treasury projects, process improvements, systems enhancements, and regulatory requirements across APAC.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of treasury experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Experience supporting APAC treasury activities and regional banking practices and regulatory environments.
- Understanding of financial controls, compliance, and process discipline.
- Strong analytical, communication, organisational, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Fluent English and Mandarin are essential.
Nice to have
- Experience with In-House Bank structures, intercompany funding, treasury centralisation, or related processes.
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA, treasury systems, or advanced Excel.
- Japanese language skills.
