What you will do

• Conduct video calls for candidate identity and impostor checks.
• Ask and assess Modern Slavery and other vetting-related questions.
• Use Firstwork, an AI-powered verification tool, to document candidate assessments.
• Complete checks accurately in line with UK recruitment and compliance regulations.
• Meet call productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Flag compliance risks and provide feedback to improve AI tools and verification processes.

Requirements

• High digital literacy and confidence using computers, software, and AI-based tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence conducting video calls.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and handle repetitive, target-based tasks.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup.
• Weekend availability is required.
