People Operations & Talent Coordinator (AI)

Location: Colombia; remote

Salary: $1,400–$1,600 per month

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day people operations and HR administration.
• Coordinate recruitment activities using ATS and hiring platforms.
• Prepare employment documentation, contracts, onboarding paperwork, and document signing.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and handle confidential employee and salary information.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership while identifying opportunities to automate administrative workflows using AI.

Requirements

• Previous experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or Talent Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Justworks, Ashby, and DocuSign.
• Comfort using Slack, Gmail, and Zoom.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential employee information.
• Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ramp.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or similar frontier AI models.
• Experience creating or managing AI-powered workflows and automations.
