Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake + GCP) (GTM revenue operations): Building scalable data pipelines and reliable data assets across Snowflake, GCP, Salesforce, and CRM systems with an accent on ETL/ELT workflows, data modeling, and data quality. Focus on optimizing SQL and Python transformations, maintaining GTM data marts, and solving reliability and performance challenges across cloud data platforms.
Location: Colombia or Chile; remote or office work

What you will do
- Build and optimize scalable data pipelines across Snowflake, GCP, and Salesforce Data Cloud for go-to-market revenue operations.
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows that ensure data availability, quality, and efficient processing.
- Model and maintain advertiser identity, lead enrichment, revenue, customer, and CRM data assets.
- Translate go-to-market requirements into practical data solutions with engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
- Develop SQL transformations, reporting and analytics queries, and downstream data products.
- Implement data quality controls and schema consistency while troubleshooting and optimizing the platform.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SQL and Snowflake for data transformation, modeling, and analytics.
- Advanced Python proficiency for data processing and transformation workflows.
- Hands-on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines with dbt, Airflow, or similar tools.
- Practical experience with GCP or AWS data platforms and cloud-based data engineering solutions.
- Solid understanding of CRM data models, including leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce SOQL, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Salesforce data models.
- Familiarity with data enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet, or similar solutions.
