Production Operator II (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Operate production equipment, tools, and fixtures according to approved SOPs and work instructions.
• Execute manufacturing processes including loading and unloading, inspection, packaging, and process monitoring.
• Meet daily output, yield, and quality targets while following material handling and lot-tracking procedures.
• Perform in-process checks, visual inspections, and accurate production documentation.
• Identify, report, and contain defects, abnormal conditions, and process issues.
• Follow cleanroom, PPE, safety, quality, audit, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement requirements.

Requirements

• Technical or vocational qualification in Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology, or a related two-year associate degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong experience with WLCSP or advanced packaging tools is highly preferred; former Nepes operator experience with WLCSP and M-Series processes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, cleanroom practices, ESD awareness, equipment operation, and basic machine troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems, with knowledge of 5S, Lean, or basic quality systems.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
