Designer (Brand Design)

Location: Remote from Poland

Compensation: PLN 188–PLN 187,000, plus bonus; compensation varies by scope, skills, experience, certifications, and physical location.

What you will do

• Create visual designs for websites, presentations, billboards, events, swag, advertising, and print materials.
• Develop and refine visual identity templates, guidelines, and design systems.
• Support brand marketing, campaigns, events, and demand-generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external creative, production, marketing, and copywriting partners.
• Present work, participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and maintain organized working files.
• Deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect work while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in brand design.
• BFA in graphic design or a similar field.
• Portfolio demonstrating typography, editorial design, logo design, infographics, and broader graphic design skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, attention to detail, communication, organization, and collaboration.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize multiple projects, work quickly, navigate ambiguity, and respond constructively to feedback.
