Brand Designer (B2B SaaS)

Location: Remote in Canada

Salary: $163,480–$205,020 CAD per year base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own brand design projects from creative brief through final delivery with limited guidance.
• Create creative assets for websites, campaigns, events, social media, presentations, product marketing, and internal communications.
• Apply and extend the visual identity across new formats and channels.
• Create reusable templates, design systems, and processes that improve consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Growth, Web, Product Marketing, Content, and Developer Relations.
• Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished production-ready work across multiple projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or visual design.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong foundations in color theory, accessibility, typography, layout, and storytelling.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience designing for digital marketing, websites, campaigns, and brand systems.
• Strong understanding of production-ready digital and print design.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, collaborate cross-functionally, and work with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS or developer-focused products.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, motion design, animation, illustration, or icon design.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design constraints.
• Experience with experimentation, conversion optimization, growth marketing, fast-paced startups or scale-ups, art direction, or mentoring junior designers.
