Mid-Level Java Developer with German (Java): Developing customized software solutions for public, energy, automotive, and other large-sector projects across the full software development lifecycle with an accent on Java implementation, technical design, and maintainable software architectures. Focus on coordinating with customer architects, integrating frontends, analyzing requirements, and documenting solutions in German and English.
Location: Wrocław, Poland; flexible hybrid working model

What you will do
- Implement functional and technical requirements in Java using existing and new frameworks.
- Develop technical solution concepts based on customer-specific software architectures.
- Coordinate implementations with customer-side architects and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to ongoing enhancement.
- Document solutions through code comments, technical proposals, and specifications in German and English.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Java Developer, preferably in agile project environments.
- Solid knowledge of Java, JUnit, Git, relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or Oracle, and web technologies.
- Experience with Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, JEE, JSF, PrimeFaces, or JavaFX.
- Experience integrating frontends such as React or Angular.
- Experience with requirements analysis, technical documentation, and independent ownership of work packages.
- German at minimum C1 level is mandatory; good English communication skills are required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of cryptography, authentication and authorization, MFA, eID solutions, Keycloak, eIDAS, or LDAP.
- Experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, or SonarQube.
- Experience with APIs, automated testing, data migration, Selenium, Jira XRay, Infrastructure as Code, or cloud platforms.
- Experience with public-sector clients or authorities and knowledge of additional programming languages.
