Senior/Lead Java Software Engineer

Location: Remote B2B contracting or hybrid full-time employment in Belarus and Moldova; department: N2P – Technology N2P - Integra.

What you will do

• Own the full software development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements through coding, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and participate in product planning and sprint backlog meetings.
• Build and maintain high-performing, scalable, and resilient web-based applications and services.
• Develop and maintain technical design, architecture, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Explore new technologies and approaches with a technology-agnostic mindset.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience with Java.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Data.
• Strong experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Maven.
• Proficiency with relational databases, particularly MySQL, including schema design, migrations, and query optimization.
• Good English level: B2 or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and cloud provisioning tools such as CDKTF or AWS CDK.
