Product Infrastructure Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Architect and operate cloud infrastructure hosting autonomous AI agents and supporting the product platform.
• Build infrastructure-as-code and automated CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
• Design autoscaling and multi-region systems that handle usage spikes gracefully.
• Create monitoring, logging, tracing, and dashboards for real-time system visibility.
• Implement security controls including IAM, network segmentation, authentication, service proxies, and audit trails.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience running distributed systems at scale on major cloud platforms.
• Experience with GCP; AWS or Azure experience is also applicable.
• Proven ownership of infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines, including Terraform and GitHub Actions.
• Experience optimizing systems and databases for latency and cost targets under multimodal workloads, including tools such as pgBouncer and Kubernetes-based autoscaling.
• Fluency with modern monitoring and tracing tools such as Datadog and built-in Vercel or GCP tooling.
• Understanding of enterprise security requirements, compliance, authentication, and service proxies, with a product mindset focused on long-term infrastructure priorities.
