Junior IT Developer (.NET)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Malaysia; onsite

What you will do

• Develop, code, configure, test, debug, maintain, enhance, and install software for business projects.
• Implement and support HR and payroll application systems.
• Design systems and write efficient code using .NET-based frameworks and related technologies.
• Configure and integrate Workday modules covering recruiting, compensation, performance management, and talent management.
• Conduct UAT, expand test scenarios, monitor operational processes, and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with HR subject matter experts and HR business partners on requirements, user experience, issue resolution, and process design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification; relevant work experience may substitute for education.
• 1–2 years of recent experience in user requirements analysis and software development; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HCM support and Workday configuration.
• Strong technical knowledge of .NET, MVC, ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, REST API, and MS SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, SSRS, SSIS, Windows/Web Services, or Oracle Database.
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
