Support Engineer (SAP FICO)

What you will do

• Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP functionality.
• Develop application break fixes for critical product defects and create scripts to correct data issues.
• Manage key assigned accounts as a technical and functional advisor.
• Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in test environments or via remote connectivity.
• Collaborate with a global virtual team to share field experience and improve diagnostic methodologies.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support a 24/7/365 operation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant SAP experience, particularly with SAP FICO modules.
• 6+ years of direct support for application end-users in a corporate environment.
• Expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA Finance (New GL, AR, AP, AA).
• Mandatory experience in S/4HANA as a finance consultant.
• Technical-functional knowledge including ABAP development skills for debugging and tracing.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FI Localization and S/4HANA Management Accounting (Controlling).
• Experience with Cash Management, Group Reporting, or Treasury modules.
• Consulting background and SAP certifications.
• Business level fluency in Mandarin.
